MySpace.com Practise Censorship By Attacking Conservative Users---From A Conservative Victim Of MySpace
The administrators at MySpace.com dumped my account in violation of the law AND my First Amendment freedom of speech rights yesterday afternoon and now they won't allow me to create a new account!I was innocently using the services of the site, innocently networking and making new friends, when suddenly I found myself facing the following message: Invalid ID, The member has closed their account, or the profile has been deleted, and then I discovered an email from MySpace telling me that my account had been deleted for a "violation of Terms of Service".
I'M GOING TO DISPROVE THEIR LAUNDRY LIST OF FALSEHOODS RIGHT NOW:
"Your MySpace account has been deleted for violating our Terms of Service. "
So-called "violations" which they did not specify, but just gave their usual laundry list of false reasons.
"This is usually due to one of the following: * Nude images, sexually suggestive or violent photos"
Of which I had NONE OF.
"* Covering our banner ads with HTML"
I wouldn't know how to do that so that's out of the question
"* Harassing other users"
Impossible. I may have rebutted a liberal here and there but in the end it's my GOD-GIVEN right backed by the United States Constitution to rebut any lies uttered by the Left.
"* You do not meet the minimum age requirement "
I'm 35 so that obliterates that reason.
"* Spamming the classifieds, forums, bulletins, or other sections of the site "
I NEVER did any of that; I simply USED the FEATURES of the site in protected free speech.
"* Attempting to artificially inflate scores"
I don't know how to do that!
"* Scripting the site"
I don't know how to do that either!
"Your account cannot be restored. If you choose to return to MySpace, please follow the rules. "
WHAT!? I PLAYED BY THEIR RULES AND THEY STILL DUMPED MY ACCOUNT, IN VIOLATION OF THE LAW!
This is all the more reason News Corporation should terminate the administrator who illegally dumped my profile with almost 900 friends, for the SECOND TIME in one month, and all the more reason MySpace.com need to be prosecuted for fraud and for civil rights violations!

Didn't know you had a myspace account. Sorry to hear you got bounced outta there. Some of these sites are fickle and you may have been dropped in error.
First I'd like to thank you for stopping by my site. I hope you'll return, every Sunday I post a Question Of The Week. I try to get other messages posted during the week, if I have time. Sorry to hear about the problem you had with MySpace. I set up a site there but it was just so I could get into other sites. Since you mentioned pro wrestling I wanted to let you know that when I was a kid I lived with Thor Hagen, he wresteled in the 60's. I used to run with his kids. You have an interesting site, I shall return.
God Bless America, God Save The Republic.

You sir, are an idiot.
Myspace is a business. You have no more right to spew your opinions on it than you have to spray graffiti on the side of a shop.
It's not about "free speech". They are a private company. Their T&Cs, which you agreed to, tell you that they can ban who the hell they like. If that extends to right-wing redneck cretins, then the internet is much richer for it.
"Don't know how to do it" is not a defence, although in your case, it is obvious you don't know how to do many things, such as argue a legitimate political point or how to properly sue a company.
I don't believe you have free speach on the internet. the internet is world wide,it's invisible space. Look at all the people that been fired, for talking bad about their bosses on message boards. Maybe you should try,to set up a a blog, like the one you had at myspace,at blogger and see what happens.
